Philip Topham, General Manager of Lnx Research, combines passion, strategic thinking and business acumen to be a true bizknowlogist. Understanding and mastering complex systems is his lifelong pursuit, so Philip is happy to have found his perfect job! A practitioner of lateral thinking, he constantly seeks simple answers to complex problems. Lnx Pharma leverages Philip’s broad IT experience in banking, manufacturing, information systems, healthcare and pharmaceuticals to drive development of our social network analysis methods and technology. Philip has an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BS in Biological Systems from UC San Diego. When not pondering game-changing innovations, he is happily married to a charming food expert with whom he shares three children.

Ryan Peeler is a member of the original team that brought Lnx from concept to commercial reality. With degrees in Biology and Genetics from the University of Georgia, Ryan first worked in basic research, experimental design, and manufacturing before returning to school to obtain an MBS from Keck Graduate Institute. Retooled and reenergized, Ryan turned to technical innovation, even accepting Time Magazine’s Person of the Year award in 2006, with his trademark wry humor. Ryan manages and trains Lnx project staff while continuing to develop innovative tactical and strategic solutions for clients. In his spare time, Ryan keeps his microbiology skills sharp by brewing some fairly decent beers.

Senthil Kumar Purushothaman is also a member of the original Lnx team that brought Lnx Pharma to fruition. Senthil’s original interest was in applied science, in which he earned a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ACCET, India. After a brief career with Cognizant Technology Solutions as a solutions specialist, Senthil discovered a passion for life sciences and obtained his MBS from the Keck Graduate Institute. Senthil refuses to be siloed and insists on juggling a variety of demanding tasks at any given time. This mirrors his personal life, in which he simultaneously and zealously pursues salsa dancing, languages, yoga, meditation and kick-boxing.
